From the time I walked into the office I felt at ease. The office is clean and comfy, the staff was courteous, professional and friendly. No long wait to see the doctor either. Arrived about 10 minutes prior to my appointment and was called immediately. After the PA recorded my vitals Dr Ngo was in to see me within two minutes. She went over results of my blood lab then discussed my meds. Asked how I was feeling and if I had any issues. I'm doing well but was experiencing range of motion issues in my left shoulder. She saw the problem and ordered X-rays which I was able to do right after my appointment. She referred me to an orthopedic specialist and I'm set up with an appointment June [Date]. Fantastic to get such quick action. She showed me some exercises to do which have drastically reduced my shoulder pain levels. Dr Ngo is terrific she is very patient focused.

Since my scleroderma diagnosis last year, Dr. Ngo has been informative, compassionate, professional, proactive, caring, and supportive through diagnosis confirmation and all of the follow-up testing and care.
