Dr Pstel is very friendly and personable. She answers all my questions about my sx being rheumatoid, osteoarthritis or both. Office was great about putting me on a wait list when I called to RS an appointmentfor the end of the month. The office called only 2 days later. Wonderful. Great Doctor great office staff.

Dr Shavi Patel is highly knowledgeable in her field and very well informed about the connecting practices that can affect me as a patient. I had questions about my inflammation and to what extent my thyroid and other hormones played in the flare ups. She gave me eye contact and good explanation on the interconnected essentials. She did suggest that a test I wanted to have should be directed to my endocrinologist which I will pursue. I feel my thoughts and concerns are respected by Dr Patel and I appreciate that I am able to have a meaningful and helpful discussion during my appointment.

Dr Patel is awesome!! I've been going to her for a few years now and she is extremely supportive and encouraging every time I see her. If I have questions outside the office time I have with her I can message her on my portal and always a receive an answer. I think she is the best!!

Dr Patel is an amazing Doctor

Dr. Patel is very patient and knowledgeable about my PMR treatment. I only wish I could have gotten a print out of my complicated medication titration dosage plan. It was a little confusing to me. She did write it out by hand on a piece of paper, but I would have preferred a printout.

All the care personnel I have interacted with have all done a very good job for me and I am very happy with each of them.

Dr Patel takes time with me to discuss the course of care I'm getting. She's very kind and caring and I feel heard and understood. I trust her very much.

After my previous dr. CHABRA left, I became a patient of Dr. Patel. She has been very understanding of my helical issues and very knowledgeable.

Dr. Patel had reviewed my situation before she came in. Definitely showed with her questions to me. Dr. Patel is amazing Specialist! She revierwed my MRI and told me that at this time, said that MRI shows that I should go back to Dr. Bittner . MRI indicated that my situation is more of an orthopedic nature that rheumalogy. I will be making that appt for Dr. Bittner. She also made me feel better that the blood work did not indicate RA. An immense burden lifted off my shoulders! She has an excellent manner ; explains in an easy-to-understand fashion! Dr. Patel is excellent!!!
