Dr. Heather Kramm is fabulous. She is so thoughtful and thorough in her medical advice.

This was an initial appointment with a new provider due to the previous provider retiring. She had clear understanding of the medical condition I was seeing her for and had read my chart Information. It was clear that she had also assessed the lab results and made some decisions as to the change in medication due to formulary, manufacturer's changes. She is also able to have virtual appointments if labs and pictures relating to the condition she is treating can be provided. This particularly helpful if weather is inclement.

Dr. Kramm is prompt in answering any messages. She is there for your needs.

She listened carefully to what I was saying and I felt confident she would figure out what was wrong with me.

Dr .Kramm is a great Rheumatologist. She explains things very well ,and listens to my concerns. She's always up to date on the latest RA medications as well as side effects and benefits. Rheumatoid Arthritis is a very painful disease and she has made my life alot better with her knowledge of biologics as well as other things .

Dr Kramm is very good and personable.

I was impressed with Dr. Kramm. She was so attentive to my issues and helped me figure it out. I was also impressed that I was able to do my X-rays and bloodwork right there after my visit.

I felt unseen. I don't wave with a feeling of support and value that I feel like a patient with chronic pain should experience or feel. I felt like because I had been seen at another place and nothing seems to be adding up or the provider gave me a diagnosis of fibromyalgia and then told me she doesn't treat it and I needed to follow up with my PCP. However, she did not ask me if I had a PCP to follow up with. She then told me that she would be right back, she then left the room and never came back. Her nurse came in and said, "OK, you can go." It was the most uncomfortable appointment, and this health system is broken, and I'm saddened but utterly dismal that I feel like I have been receiving.

Dr. Kramm was trying to be helpful, but she didn't understand my question and we spent the nice long appointment talking about the wrong thing.

Both my wife and I love Dr Kramm. Hope she's treated well and kept on at Pac-Med
