When the audio part of my appointment went south the Doctor let me know that he would call me and we combined 2 types of electronics to complete my appointment. Very good thinking on the Doctors part. I was very impressed.

I had a good experience talking with Dr. Roman via ZOOM. I like the ZOOM option because it is quicker than driving to an appointment.
