Karen Yepez has been my sleep medicine care provider for about 10 years. She always takes any amount of time I need to talk about health issues in a caring, compassionate and professional manner. I always look forward to my annual visit to update her on any sleep medicine-related issues and I always come away from the appointment feeling well taken care of and heard!

It was good

The only reason the provider was only somewhat familiar with my medical history was that this was my first visit to this practice. Both the provider and the medical assistant were excellent. I was particularly pleased with their calm, kind, empathetic manner.

Karen was excellent. We brain stormed together why I am having this problem. Karen thought It could be several things. She wanted to rule out one by one, till we find the answer. I enjoyed her treatment.

All personnel in this department are very respected and respectful of their patients.

I was 5 minutes late to my appt and wasn't able to call. When I showed up a nurse who happened to have just finished with a patient who heard me say I was late went to the back to tell the dr I was there. The people at the desks were discussing things with other patients but when one was free they got me right in. The dr was very thorough and explained in detail what to expect and when. I am very satisfied with the treatment I received.
