I was very pleased with my 1st visit with Dr. Roberts. She was very thorough and answered any questions or concerns I had. I appreciated Dr. Roberts' calming and outgoing personality as well, especially since I have been under a great deal of stress.This is beyond Dr. Roberts' control, but it was difficult to have to wait 4 months to get an appt for a consult, and now will have to wait until Oct to have the sleep study done, if I understood her correctly. Everyone there was very helpful, and even arranged for my transportation home after my car broke down. Thank you! So much appreciated!

Dr. Roberts was a new-to-me provider who I saw for my annual sleep apnea check-in. She had my usage history and was able to dicuss and troubleshoot any concerns. I enjoyed meeting her. Thank you!

The provider was fine. However, I am 88 years old. Went up to check in on right floor, no one there. Sign said check in at kiosk downstairs. Went down thought I checked in came back up to waiting area, by now past my check in time. Waited and waited... Finally a live person came out and called someone else and I politely told her my name and appointment time and that I had checked in. Immediately my provider, Dr Roberts came in and we preceded with the appointment. She was friendly, informative, and apologetic, because even though I arrived before my appointment time, the confusing process of check in was maddening. BTW most of the people on that floor waiting were elderly and many in wheelchairs, walkers or as was I using a cane. A luve person would be nice. I did try to check in on line at home but had a problem with that.

Dr Roberts is extremely knowledgeable about my condition. She makes good suggestions on how to manage my condition in a practical way.

She takes the time to address all options, questions and concerns and provides clear explanations and valuable medical information that help me make decisions about ongoing treatment and is very encouraging.

She was great in addressing my concerns and use of CPAP equipment. She addressed my sleeping issues and remedies for treatment.

Dr. Robert's and her PA went to bat for me by contacting Apria and straightening out the mess about taking my 2 yr old Cpap away from me.
