Penny is always pleasant and very capable. It's a pleasure to go to see her.

Nurse Penny is great in the sense she knows my medical conditions, she goes over all the charts, she offers advice, she listens to my questions and seems to answer with care, she takes the needed time.

Penny Los, ANRP, is professionally direct with directly related information on the subjects that I have questioned her about. She is a wealth of knowledge on sleep apnea and is careful to be thorough when giving me specific information pertaining to my direct care. She always welcomes and answers every question I have asked her. She seeks out additional information on an area of care that I'm unsure about, so that I have everything I need to know in order to forge ahead. She is thorough and very competent. She follows up with me at each successive appointment. I feel comfortable and trusting that whatever I share with her will be kept confidential and handled appropriately. Her sleep center team coordinate with her and the patient smoothly & efficiently. When you leave the office at the end of each appointment, the staff always make sure you have whatever you need for the next step. Thank you for such amazing care !

Penny was superb. She asked friendly and open questions about my suspected sleep apnea, and was very thorough. I am a physician and tend to by nature critique others care. Penny was exemplary. I look forward to seeing her again soon. My only criticism was the length of time before seeing her, and now the months before the actual sleep study will be performed at Kadlec in the Tricities (beyond her control). Systemwide I find a chronic problem with how long it takes to receive routine care.

Nurse Los took the time to listen to my current health and applied how it interacted with the appointment with her. Very easy to speak with, and understand.
