Every Appointment with Provider Penny Los ARNP has been a very positive experience. Penny definitely shows that she Cares for me as one of her patients, she Is very good at explaining my sleep health needs. Again, thank you very much Penny for Improving my Quality of life you are very much appreciated.

Provider makes me feel at ease and makes talking about health related stuff a lot more comfortable. Provider has been able to answer all my questions and provide materials to help explain treatment options.

Ms. Los was prepared, and listened to my concerns. She shared her knowledge on a treatment plan (good and bad), and included me in the final decision on treatment. Most drs just 'tell you' this is how it is, this is what you're going to do/take. Ms. Los inquired my feedback, questions, and 'we' made an informed consensus on treatment moving forward. She is a GREAT provider.

This provider is in Providence Sleep Center in Walla Walla, WA. She was very helpful in getting me the CPAP supplies I need.

PA Los was great. Knowledgeable and helpful about sleep and associated problems. Knowledgeable about pheasant hunting also. :-)

I received excellent care through the Sleep Center, and in particular, Penny Los. She and her office bent over backwards to accommodate my difficulty in coming back right away to their office (it's a 4 hour drive roundtrip) to bring back my sleep study equipment, and to schedule a "virtual" appointment for getting my sleep study results. I couldn't appreciate their work more, and felt that Penny provided me with excellent, easy to understand information. I feel like I'm in good hands with her and the Providence Sleep Center. It was a great referral!

Dr. Los is very knowledgeable about her specific medical training and probably other medical practices. She spends time with me and explains my situation while figuring out what breathing equipment I need. A very professional doctor.
