About Erica L. Steele
"Erica moved to Portland to complete her degree in Speech-Language Pathology at Portland State University in 1993. After graduation, she spent 5 years working in schools, then moved to clinic-based settings. Erica is grateful to have parents available for sessions and is trained in approaches that focus on parent education and coaching to help them feel confident in working with their children at home. Erica incorporates art and movement in her sessions and loves seeing all the wonderful ideas kids generate! In her free time, Erica loves cooking and playing games with friends, taking urban hikes, and spending time with her young adult kids."
