About Caleb B. Nyone
Anatomy, physiology and sports have been Dr. Nyone’s passions from a young age. When he discovered that he could combine all of them in a profession that helps people stay healthy and active, he knew what he wanted to do with his life. As a board-certified sports medicine physician, he says, “I truly enjoy helping people regain the ability to engage in the hobbies and activities that they love.”
Dr. Nyone practices evidence-based medicine, managing musculoskeletal problems conservatively whenever possible and considering other interventions when needed. “It’s important to me to collaborate with patients,” he adds, “and to work with them to decide on the best course of action for them as individuals.”
A graduate of Seattle Pacific University, Dr. Nyone earned his medical degree at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. He completed his family medicine residency at McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden, Utah, and his sports medicine fellowship at the University of Utah.
Away from the office, he enjoys a variety of sports and activities, from playing golf, soccer and pickleball to hiking and exploring the outdoors. For more relaxing downtime, he enjoys watching his favorite sports teams, as well as checking out new restaurants with his wife and friends. Dr. Nyone grew up in Oregon and considers it home.
