All my questions were answered. I just got fed back on my financial concerns, which l am so grateful they followed up on that.

The care provider was very thorough and explained things clearly. She was very comfortable to discuss my issue with.The receptionist staff were excellent checking out a question I had regarding health insurance calling me at home with a follow up.

The doctor was willing to listen and talk about my health and concerns.

She was friendly, knowledgeable and confident.

Providence always does a really good job.

I went in because of my foot drop and I was able to get tested with her help with a Nerve study and to have a MRI to see if that's the reason for my foot drop and you can tell her thanks again cause I think she's in the right direction

It was good to be able to see my X-rays right there and get explanation on what was going on with the pain.

Doctor was on time, thorough, and addressed my issue completely.

She seemed knowledgeable in her field but there was no empathy expressed (I m in quite a bit of pain and anxious about what is happening). She did not show any ability to connect with me as a person. I felt like I was a cipher. If she could gain some interpersonal skills that would greatly improve the patient's experience and confidence in her expertise.

Dr B is very smart, confident with her dx and knows the best approach to help my pain. I recommend her to anybody that needs a great MSK doctor. Listens to me, expresses understanding and explains the issue and how to fix it in terms that are easy to understand. And her shots don't hurt very much at all!!

I changed my insurance so I could stay with my providers. That's how much I like them.

I will continue treatment with her as long as possible very good at treating her patients fast and helped me with my pain when no one else could

I was 45 minutes early, but within 15 minutes, I was able to see Dr. B. Absolutely happy with the appt. She listened and took extra time to make sure I had special exercises along with a cortisone shot. I was able to make the appt happen within 3 days of when I felt a need.

Dr Bhagyam gave me a cortisone injection for my knee pain after we talked about what was best for my pain. She knew my history and discussed possible future treatments. The injection helped me so much and I have no pain now! Highly recommend her.

I have had the best care from my PC to X Rays and fitted with a brace they have all been great Thanks to all In foot but the care from all the medical staff has been a great relief
