Dr. Potter performed the most thorough physical exam that I have ever had. He Identified and diagnosed the source of my pain and explained it to me. He asked me where I wanted to be referred for physical therapy and made the referral and sent his findings and diagnosis promptly to the physical therapist.

I have visited Dr Potter twice for Knee INJ, I would highly recommend him. He is professional and seems genuinely concerned with my concerns, his assistant with the Knee INJ was just as amazing. VERY FRIENDLY, and PROFESSIONAL. AND the Injection worked :)

Felt listened to and provider was great at explaining what he saw regarding my mobility and pain. I appreciated his conservative approach with regards to a treatment plan and the use of pain medication for a short time.

My experience was good

My only complaint is the amount of time I had to wait in the examination room.Otherwise, I could tell Dr Potter really wanted to send me out with more definitive answers, but he spoke to me in such a way that I totally understood the ambiguity of my situation. And I felt his reasoning made sound medical sense, and that his diagnostic approach was intelligent and thoughtful.

Dr. Potter was exceptional! He showed interest in my situation, asked many questions, then went back and asked more to completely understand after he asked me to move certain ways. He spent time explaining and answered all my questions. I am very happy with my choice of him and will recommend him.

To start with, the MA did a great job talking me through prescriptions I take and so forthDr. Potter was just perfect in his approach to trying to discern what was wrong with my shoulder as well as taking the time to talk about possible issues moving forward. It was great to see the ultrasound and he explained everything along the way it was a very good visit.

Everything went as I had hoped for or expected. I was referred to Dr Potter and a physical therapist by Urgent Care. This was not an emergency but a new pain issue not previously experienced. Everyone was very responsive and helpfful.

The doctor was knowledgeable and caring. He talked to me like he cared about my concerns and that he was interested in helping me.
