I was given a prescription for Flonase. My pharmacy told me they had a question of my provider concerning dosage not being available. They sent and inquiry to the provider and recommended to me OTC Flonase. The provider never responded to my pharmacy's questions.

Every person in the office that I interacted with was patient, Informative and kind. And my visit was on the Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend at the end of their very long busy day!!! I was thankful and very impressed.

Eileen Davies is exceptional. It has been over a decade since I have received such competent compassionate care. I would be happy If she was the only medical professional I see the rest of my life. NP Davies treated me in the the Urgent Care. I was in a lot of pain from a sore throat. She ruled out strep throat, had my ears cleaned out, and diagnosed a left ear infection. Quite a surprise to this 76-year old geezer. I thought only kids get ear infections. She prescribed an antibiotic, I've been taking it for 6 days, and I now feel great again. NP Davies was correct.It was a real eye opener that the care and treatment I got from going to the Urgent Care and seeing NP Davies was 1000 times faster and better than if I tried to schedule a visit to my overworked primary care physician, who is very competent but scheduled months in advance.

From the time I called the Urgent Care facility in Santa Rosa things went very smoothly. The receptionist was wonderful. He scheduled me right away for the time I could come in. I did not wait long at all. I want to definitely say that Eileen Davies was great. She answered all my questions and listened intently. She gave me good information and suggested a referral for me. We spent a good deal of time going over my medical information and situation. I would definitely recommend Providence Urgent Care in Santa Rosa to anyone who needed medical care right away.

Eileen Davis was wonderful. This was an urgent care visit and, to be honest, I wasn't expecting much. What I got was exceptional care. You asked if I was seen within 15 minutes of my appointment. Urgent Care appointments are fairly fluid. That said, I don't think I waited more than 20 minutes. Staff was friendly and professional. I never felt rushed. What's more, Eileen's intuition as to what was going on with my ongoing headache and pressure resulted In a treatment that reduced my symptoms and quieted my fears. A+ on this visit.

Everything from saving my place online to resolution of my problem was seamless

This is a great place for care! They care! I can not say that about a call to the Doctor office. I was here because I could not see my Dr until December!! The previous dealing with the office assigned me to a most ineffective person who did nothing .that was in April. Thank the Lord for the urgent care staff!

Eileen was extremely helpful in resolving my issue. She diagnosed it quickly and was very attentive and respectful unlike my previous urgent care visit in December. She told me the numbing agent she used would be painful and responded calmly when it was way more painful than I anticipated. She told me to just breathe. This was a good experience and the woman who prepped me for the nurse was also good. Both women were very approachable and personable. A real human to human experience.

It should be noted, this was an urgent care visit. I had to use urgent care, because my primary physician could not see me until June [Date]! That was definitely not helpful. Within the boundaries of the urgent care protocols This physician was pleasant, but was unable to really assist me with a definitive solution to my cough and eventually stuffy nose. The cough was really something that I needed to get under control. Again, she was very pleasant and helpful, but because it was urgent care it was really not a solution.
