I had a very good experience with this provider, a very satified visit.

This was a walk-in for a urinary problem. They gave me a prescription, and advised me to make an appointment with a urologist. This is the cleanest, most professional, and knowledgeable clinic I've ever been to. I really appreciate this valuable resource provided by Providence. I am very thankful.

I was in and out with a prescription in about1/2 hour. My primary care office made the appointment for me.

Eileen was the nurse practitioner that helped me, she was exceptionally helpful. The staff was as helpful too, wish that was my doctors office. They were so good to me.

All experiences were good on this visit. I was concerned about a rash that turned out to be the early stage of shingles. She explained what to expect and prescribed meds that helped clear things as she said It would. She was very easy to talk with , trying to Identify why I would have shingles . Thanks again to her for the care !

I have gone to the other Urgent Care facilities, I like this location, I like the way that it is set up and the way that it is operated. I was having serious trouble breathing not life threatening but I started talking to my regular providers office who could not at all get me to see anyone- but they contacted 2 MORE times to try and figure something out for me. It Was ME who suggest Urgent care. But when I did the advice nurse seemed very encouraged by the idea? And then told me to CALL not online this Doyle park office. Which I did not know existed?! They were SO VERY accommodating!! From the moment I called ( picked up on first ring!) to the moment I step into office! They even told me where to park where office was in the back bottom of the bldg! Dr told tech/nurse to get an asthma treatment- everything was done within minutes!! Seriously! So fast and nice nice people! It was 5:oo pm at night! They were talking nice to each other to patients what a wonderful nice office atmosphere!! Then I needed an X-ray of my lungs they could do here but got me set up to go to neighborhing city 20 min away. I got to that office AND AGAIN expert efficient Super Nice Welcoming service! To me and Every One of us patients and each Of their co- workers!! ( now it was 6 pm! - 5 other patients in waiting room!) Not only did they Make me get better right there quickly they sent me home with a specific plan but more importantly after being home sick already for 3 weeks to be treated SO WELL! Gave me a strength I needed to get this sickness DONE WITH ! This virus took weeks for everyone- I saw it! But at my age 67 it took all my energy for 4.5 weeks!! It is REALLY hard to keep fighting that long!! I don't know how you guys are doing it you have got some SUPER HUMAN PEOPLE !! Please Thank Them and help them to keep it Up!! I'm so much better now! [Names]

Because of my dizziness, the provider had me take a cardiac test, to make sure my heart was fine. I appreciated this precaution.

I received excellent care during my visit. I fell earlier in the day and badly Injured my arm. I requested an x-ray to make sure I had not fractured it because I had a foot fracture earlier in the year. They examined my injury, took care of it, and gave me instructions for care.

I was given a prescription for Flonase. My pharmacy told me they had a question of my provider concerning dosage not being available. They sent and inquiry to the provider and recommended to me OTC Flonase. The provider never responded to my pharmacy's questions.

Every person in the office that I interacted with was patient, Informative and kind. And my visit was on the Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend at the end of their very long busy day!!! I was thankful and very impressed.

My visit was straightforward, and the provider was informative. I had no wait time, and the Rx I needed was called in immediately.

Eileen Davies is exceptional. It has been over a decade since I have received such competent compassionate care. I would be happy If she was the only medical professional I see the rest of my life. NP Davies treated me in the the Urgent Care. I was in a lot of pain from a sore throat. She ruled out strep throat, had my ears cleaned out, and diagnosed a left ear infection. Quite a surprise to this 76-year old geezer. I thought only kids get ear infections. She prescribed an antibiotic, I've been taking it for 6 days, and I now feel great again. NP Davies was correct.It was a real eye opener that the care and treatment I got from going to the Urgent Care and seeing NP Davies was 1000 times faster and better than if I tried to schedule a visit to my overworked primary care physician, who is very competent but scheduled months in advance.
