Dr Bean was very professional and explained everything clearly and patiently without being annoyed at me for asking questions. I really appreciated that. 2 of my children are doctors and I always give a chance to see a new doctor in the practice bc they have to start somewhere. I'm glad to say she handled the appt to my satisfaction and I feel she will be a great asset to the practice.

Dr. Bean was a kind and good doctor.But it was very difficult to schedule.It seems to have taken about 6 months.

This particular appt was for pre-op. It was quick but informative.

Dr Bean is absolutely amazing. I have been having issues with my bladder for the past several years and have not felt heard or cared for my my current urologist. Dr Bean was patient, kind, brilliant, very knowledgeable and really explained everything she was doing and all the tests necessary. I cant even begin to tell you the relief I feel and felt after my vist to her office.

They make it comfortable to discuss personal issues. It feels like you are talking to a good friend.

Dr. Bean is very easy to talk to, and she listens to what I have to say. She is respectful and fully explains findings and plans for treatment in such a way that I feel comfortable. She not only provides excellent care, but she also knows how to build rapport with her patients. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bean to others.

Everything about Providence is great, the only thing I had concern about was that I had waited 3 months for a visit to the fullerton office to see a gynocologist about a prolapse condition and the appt was canceled and re-made for another 3 months down the road, my deductable coverage time is running out to get this surgery completed within this year due to being close to meeting my deductable, so I made a new appt with a new Dr.( Dr. Bean) and got in right away and she was very good, thorough and knowledegable. Very pleased with this new doctor.

Dr. Bean gave me important information and provided me with a printout to explain it thoroughly.

Dr Bean- listens empathetically & is very engaged during my visits with her. She addresses all my concerns and is open to my suggestions regarding my care preferences. Her back office staff is also very patient working with me through my "white coat" anxiety. Overall I would rate the care I receive at this office the best in my Providence experience thus far & I wish Dr Bean was my primary care physician. :)

Dr. Bean was excellent; she was aware of my prior medical history with Dr. Santos, and what tests, procedures, and medications I have been accessing. She provided sample medication for me to try. I have another appointment with her in 3 months. Unlike Dr. Santos she had respect for my opinions, concerns, and my person.
