For this test the MA and assistant made me feel very comfortable, their bedside manner was spot on, this was hard procedure and they were very Gentle and caring, I was nervous but they both helped calm my fears and helped me get through each step. They definitely deserve some type of Recognition for being such an asset to providence urology. I'm very grateful that I was assigned to them to do the procedure I wouldn't have been able to get through it without those two staff members. I wrote their names down but miss placed them. Please be so kind and put both their names on this feedback . Thank you Providence for always having such wonderful team of Doctors & assistants.

Timothy Hutchings was very personable. He took the time to answer my questions and address my concerns. He was friendly and looked me in the eye. I like him. However, he apparently was running behind schedule. My husband and I had to wait in the exam room for 1/2 hour before Tim arrived for our visit. We had spent less than 5 minutes in the waiting room before being escorted to the exam room. I would rather have waited in the more spacious waiting room than the exam room. I think that he probably needs to be allotted more time when being scheduled for each patient so that he doesn't run out of time and make his following patients wait.

Dr. Hutching is amazing. His UroGenocalogy professional training demonstrates how women's urology problems in later llife are closely tied to difficult childbirths and menstruation issues. He is a pioneeriof the neurological implant surgery. I thank him for my 87th year being a time for my confidence renewal.

I was supposed to see the nurse to have my testing device removed and she was out sick. The physician stepped in and immediately took over the appointment and treated me with great respect. This is the first time I meet him and we agreed that the device made a drastic improvement in my life so we talked about having a permanent one put in place so I know longer have accidents when I'm traveling or just walking out the door.

He is a very gifted,kind, thoughtful,and talented surgeon!!! I can't say enough good things about Dr Timothy Hutchings !!

Dr. Hutchings and his medical assistant were extremely attentive, knowledgeable and attentive--quite a top bar of excellence.The front office staff were respectful; yet I felt the\ individual who helped me lacked a friendly, engaging demeanor. I am retired from health care, so perhaps I'm a bit more sensitive to the importance of engagement at the front desk.

Dr Hutchings is a knowledgeable and thorough doctor. Would recommend to anyone.

Although they were not able to definitely pinpoint my condition they had many fine suggestions for dealing with my condition both now and into the future.

Each time I have been to the office, surgery prep and after surgery help everyone has been top notch with how they handled me and were so helpful to all my needs. I have not had such consistent care and support like I had with Dr Hutchings, his staff, the hospital staff prior to my surgery and the care I received afterwards. I am very grateful for the care I received and thank each and every one of you for your excellent care. Everyone had such a kind and caring heart that I will always remember. Thank you so much.

The Receptionist was not very friendly, did not make eye contact, kind of dismissive. But the Dr and his nurse were friendly and he spends the time needed to be helpful.

All of Providence doctors are wonderful. I consider them all as close friends.
