I find Dr. Chapman professional, friendly, and well-informed. She explains clearly my struggles with my bladder and the more and more difficult I find living a normal life. She suggests my having surgery which will (supposedly) help my situation. However, she said that it could be time-consuming due to the gov't/medicare arguments over what is or can be made available. I left with nothing further done that day, only with the possibility that her attempts might make some difference to me . At some undetermined time, which could be months in the future.I have a close friend (my age) who recently had this surgery and says It Is a godsend. Why Is there such a problem in getting me set up?I do respect Dr. Chapman and believe she Is aware of my problem---however, why Is she so hampered in getting me help. At this point, I believe that Dr. Chapman is caught between my own needs and those my insurance provides.

She is attentive, inquisitive, compassionate, and proactively resourceful in presenting treatment options. Overall my experience was good. The doctor provided diagrams and visuals to explain my condition and options which was very helpful. She spent a great amount of time with me to ensure I understood and felt comfortable with my final decision. My biggest complaint is having to wait four months for an appointment given the staff shortages in this area of specialty. The other thing is I was prescribed a medication I have some questions about and need some clarification so I'll be contacting the office. As a senior,this was my second office visit. Overall I feel Dr Chapman is a very good doctor: patient, considerate and thorough.

Enjoyed my first meeting with Dr. Chapman. Did not receive after visit summary in office and could not find it on MyChart. Sent request and received answer immediately. Appreciated quick response. No complaints.

She was very down to earth with explanations and options

This was the first time that I visited with the doctor. She and staff were extremely caring, polite, patient, respectful, and understanding to us.

The appointment time I was given (2pm) and the appointment time they had on their records (3pm) was an hour later and parking there is very expensive. However, they fit me in quite quickly. The doctor spent a lot of time with me and was very thorough.

I went to this provider for surgery and I had a good outcome after the surgery.

This provider is a specialist and scheduling appointment was the only minor drawback. I do understand having to wait but it was a long wait. I also understand that because there arent many urogynecologist in this area that's the main reason why the long wait. But it was well worth the wait.

I had to wait 4 months for an appointment. However, Dr. Chapman was very thorough and she was calming and knowledgable. Her PA's and MA's were also very kind. I felt listened to and respected. Updates on MyChart were practically immediate and inclusive of what had been discussed. My surgical options were reviewed with diagrams and all my questions were answered.

Dr Chapman is wonderful. Explained. My options. Was not in a rush. The only feedback for the practice is that I didn't get an AVS before I left. I went into MyChart later to look for it but couldn't see one.

Dr Chapman was extremely helpful in explaining the surgical options and the benefits of each choice. I found the explanations clear and understandable which led to an appropriate decision.

I felt the provider spent a good amount of quality time listening to my questions and explaining things to me. The receptionist and MA were also very helpful.

Both dr chapman and her nurses performing or assisting with my procedures and appointments all provided exceptional care. They were patient, caring, thorough and very attentive. This is the best Gyn clinic I have ever interacted with. I felt very respected and was very impressed on how they all fully explained every step as they went along asked for questions and really put you at ease.. No one talk down to me at any point however they made sure I fully understood what was going on what to expect and what they were looking for. The procedures could have been intimadating, uncomfortable and awkward but they did an amazing job putting me at ease and making things really well tolerated and stress-free. Can't say enough good things about this office Dr Chapman and all of her medical staff
