Jazmine R. Mayfield, PA

Jazmine Mayfield PA-C, MPH is a certified Physician Assistant specializing in urology. She earned her undergraduate degree in Neuroscience from the University of Southern California and completed both her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies and Master of Public Health at Touro University California, where she graduated as valedictorian. Since beginning her clinical practice in 2020, Jazmine has worked in a range of medical settings. In addition to providing outpatient care, she is an essential member of the surgical team, serving as a first assist in both minimally invasive and open procedures. Beyond her clinical work, she contributes to academic and leadership initiatives, including training PA students and developing CME content for practicing providers. Jazmine is deeply committed to health equity, patient empowerment, and evidence-based care. Her passion for medicine, education, and research drives her mission to ensure every patient feels informed and supported in making decisions about their health.
