In my last visit they were undergoing some changes and in the mild confusion my care was delayed a bit, but still exactly what I needed.

Tamara Brady is simply the best. After losing Dr Gilbert I am so glad to continue to receive competent care.

This is the first time that I have actually seen Tamara. She was present at my surgery so was very familiar with my situation.She was amazingly clear and concise with her answers to our questions and very clear about the entire situation that required my surgery and what to expect afterwards. She took all the time we wanted to ask her questions and for her to totally explain the answers very clearly. She is certainly a "Professional" and knows a lot about what she does and that is especially important to those of us that do not fully understand the situation. She is a wonderful assistant to Dr. James L. Lau and should be highly recognized as such. Thanks to Tamera and Dr. Lau for this wonderful follow up care after my surgery.

The surgery TURP he did seemed to go very smoothly and he was very professional. Thank You, Dr Lau, I appreciate it. Also, Tamara saw me for the follow up appointment to remove catheter and see how things were. She answered all of my questions in a kind, and professional manner.
