I have had a lot of serious medical issues on the last 10 or so years. Sometimes I saw great doctors, sometimes I saw real jerks. Usually the former. This doctor belongs in the good group. I cannot think of any suggestions to make the experience better.

3 days after my prostate biopsy, I was called by Dr. Glamore's office to be told the results of my biopsy minutes before the office closed on [Date] (the day before the holiday). I wasn't able to answer at the time of the call, and no voicemail was left. I called back less than 5 minutes later and got the answering service, who put me on hold to see if they could contact someone in the office. The answering service then told me the office had "gone home," so I have to wait 4 more days to find out if I have cancer or not. They did try to call me, but I responded within a few minutes and was disappointed not to get my results.That being said, the biopsy itself went fine and was not an unpleasant experience at all. Everyone I interacted with during my biopsy visit was wonderful -- the front desk, the nurse, the medical assistant, and Dr. Glamore.

Having a problem getting an answer to a question I have post-visit. Face to face visit with provider was excellent experience.

Only good....we feel very taken care of by everyone at Providence. From one appt to the next each physician has put 'stat' and we have been referred and gotten the necessary appts. Dr Glaymore is a gem!

The reception staff is friendly, helpful, respectful, and professional. The medical assistant and nurse were delicate regarding privacy, giving me covers to prep for the cystoscopy (bladder)--they were knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Glamore is a very special doctor. He helped make me comfortable, and with his gentle nature and experience the procedure was completed In little time. Whew--no cancer. Dr. Glamore is such a kind and funny doctor.
