This was my first time dealing with PMC as I was referred by my PCP. I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location and professionalism and friendliness I encountered with everyone in the building.

Dr. Cantrell was my surgeon for my Prostatectomy. He and his team followed up with me, and familiarized me with what happens after a prostatectomy. I received very good care.

Dr. Cantrell provided me with some very good information on how to possibly reduce the number of visits to the restroom every day, and especially at night. He also gave me a referral to a physical therapist who specializes in helping to reduce restroom trips, but left it up to me as to whether I wished to pursue the referral.

Dr. Cantrell was very complete in his explanations and answers to my questions about the procedure. I felt very comfortable under his care.

I am extremely satisfied with all my care providers. The only problem I have had was in attempting to schedule an appointment with an endocrinologist.

Was referred to the doctor for a mass on my kidney. First time seeing him. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and worked to involve me in the treatment options. He was very personable.

Dr. Cantrell has been the BEST urologist I have ever had in the Seattle area. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind, has exquisite bedside manners, really cares about the patients and is very honest. He really cared about my condition and how to proceed for solving my medical issues. In a scale from 0 to 10, he is a 20!

Cantrell helped with an emergency surgery and made the process significally more comfortable than expected. He was kind and thought when dealing with my wife and eased her stress and worry. As a 50 year old day of five my care was paramount and he went above and beyond. Only advice I have is for when entering the facility in Bothell is to have the marking for Cantrell easier to see. Upon showing up for my appointment I had no clue if I was really in the right spotOtherwise wonderful service and give the guy a raise as he completed a challenging surgery and treated myself and my family with Gigantic amounts of respect.

Dr. Cantrell has always been very attentive to my prostate health concerns. I asked him about a new treatment that I had heard of, and he stated that he had heard of It but was not very familiar with it. However, he asked that I get the name of the physician who was doing the treatment (I have a friend who recently completed the treatment) so that he could learn more about it. He stated that the treatment was rather new and did not have a long medical history. He said I may or may not be a candidate for it depending upon my particular situation. I very much appreciated his candor.

Provider seems very knowledgeable, and any concerns I may have. This provider has certainly earned my trust. Best I've had!
