My caregiver Heather West is an outstanding! She patiently, and passionately listened to my concerns related to my medical condition.She throughly counseled me on the best medical option to pursue using anatomy charts, and her excellent medical experience and knowledge. On my follow up visit she recommended a different medication based on some additional symptoms I was experiencing. The adjustment in medication resolved my symptoms and all issues related to this condition.I'm extremely pleased with care I am receiving at Providence Urology.

The physician seemed very knowledgeable, was friendly and caring, and listened to my concerns, as well as discussing the various options for future treatments depending on the results from upcoming tests. Was very pleased with the level of communication and helpfulness of the physician and assistants.

Dr West is very knowledgeable and explained things in a manner that I could easily understand. She was very helpful and made me feel well taken care of.

This was one of the better experiences I had. At issue was treatment of BPH along with side effects of some of the medications. The provider listened to my concerns, which included some familial needs. She was very attentive to my concerns, especially the side effects. Everything she said was clear. We arrived at a solid plan to address the BPH without going to surgery. That is what I was hoping to accomplish.

Heather Wells showed a lot of interest in improving my health and ordered the test that I needed it.

This was my first ever visit with Heather West PA-C. She answered all my questions and concerns and provided good information on my options if further action is required. She recommended and prescribed an alternate medication to reduce or eliminate the annoying stuffy nose side effect I have with Tamsulosin. She Is very pleasant and knowledgeable which made me feel confident with her recommendations. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family.

Heather is an excellent caregiver. She is not in a rush, she explains processes that I'm going through thoroughly. And explains it in layman terms that are easily understood. She listens intently to what I am saying.
