Very lengthy wait for appointments.

Dr. Mullen and his assistant always listen to any of my concerns. Dr. Mullen always explains things well, goes over possible options for my ailments and is easy to understand.

I also appreciate that he comes to this certain location just a couple of days a month to make it more convenient for his patients. He is very pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. I will continue to be his patient for as long as possible.

Dr Mullen and his assistants are always so wonderful. They take the time to answer our questions and to provide the best possible experience. There is always follow up when needed and we couldn't be happier.

I have no doubt that Dr Mullen is an experienced and knowledgeable healthcare specialist, however, during my appointment I perceived gaslighting and that he was misogynistic. I did not feel comfortable meeting with him. I have the feeling he does not usually have female (especially menopausal) patients. Dr Mullen did put in orders for a more detailed CT w/contrast order to make sure there weren't any concerning issues, which I appreciated. If I have any further concerns I will ask to meet with a different Urologist.

I was early and was actually finished with my appointment before it was scheduled. Excellent!

The scheduling process is very frustrating.

This was a follow up appointment for a previous procedure, and was extremely well done, with positive updates, snd explanations of all my questions.

I think Dr Mullen is the best....

Good: Dr Mullen provides thorough, expert care. He keeps us focused during the encounter, but I never feel rushed and I get thorough answers to my questions. It's easy to trust him.Not so good: On multiple tries, I could not schedule this yearly follow-up visit via MyChart, which I prefer. Ultimately had to make a phone call to scheduler, and by that time appointments were six months out. The gripe here is about the scheduling process and not about Dr Mullen.

Dr. Mullen was new to me when we had our first appointment but he wasn't by the time we finished it. He made me feel more comfortable with what is ahead for me because he is part of my team. He, with his team, immediately advised that they were taking over the management of my neprostimey gear - which was a relief to me. And I was right to feel that relief. The support they have provided since has been quick and complete. It is notable that excellent quality has been my consistent experience with Swedish - across all types of care I've needed and levels of caregivers who have helped me during those times of need.

Dr Mullen is the best oncologist, very respected by other doctors. I felt as though I had the best oncologist in Seattle.
