Overall, experience has been good. However, at times (~4) when I've been told I'd receive a phone call, I didn't. I had to call. I like using the patient portal for communication. This has worked well.

At this appointment I felt rushed. She started to get up twice before I finished asking my questions. And when I was talking to her she yawned. I felt she was very unprofessional.

Miriam Jaffee was very good to work with and listened to my concerns, with good feedback. However, I feel the urology office at Providence Walla Walla is overworked and could provide a better service with another urologist on staff.

Very thorough. Because of future travel plans, I am having to postpone selected therapy until late January "26. This is my decision and in no way affects how I feel about the care and advice I have received from this visit.

I saw Dr. Jaffre in follow up from having a kidney stone and as to whether I needed to continue taking Flowmax or not. I was released from her care at this visit with instruction to return if I had another stone or problems. I really liked Dr. Jaffre.
