I was told I needed surgery immediately at Cherry Hill. Two weeks later when I saw the surgeon I was told I didn't need surgery at all, someone should have had the decency to tell me and not make me wait and worry for two weeks.

I love that I am able to reach people over the telephone if necessary. The older I get the more important that is to me. I felt very understood by Dr. Penna. And she was easy to understand.

Dr. Penna was friendly and warm. She did an excellent job operating on me. This visit was more conversational than instructional. She did not go into my post-surgical experiences, like going to the ER twice post-surgery for stroke symptoms.

This was first visit with Dr Penna. I liked her and most important is she has a sense of humour.

Myvcare provider was very good

Overall a good experience. Wait time to get in to see this provider was long. The ultrasound tech was very good at explaining and making me feel comfortable. The doctor seemed proficient and explained things well. I was a bit surprised by my test results and could not formulate questions until the doctor left the room. I felt this put me at a disadvantage, but not sure how this could be solved.

Dr. Penna was efficient, clear and explained the chart provided concerning my veins in the both legs. I found her to be pleasant, personable and thorough.

Dr Penna listened patiently to my husband who has dementia. She gave us useful advice on a different upcoming surgery which we appreciated.

I was impressed that Dr. Penna was very easy to talk to. She was very sweet and caring.
