Erin S. Bolken, PAC

Erin Bolken, PA-C is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, she works to educate and involve patients in their care, encouraging them to take an active role in their health and healing. She sees patients in the office and in the hospital, before and after surgery, and assists in surgery as well.
Erin received her undergraduate degree from Montana State University and a Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Ore.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, getting outdoors to hike or camp, and enjoys local activities. Originally from the state of Montana, she loves to travel back there when she can, but also loves exploring the wonderful opportunities that Oregon has to offer. Erin and her husband moved to Portland in 2004 and spend much of their free time being entertained by their two little girls.
