Gladys was able to take 2 stitches out of my right arm graft that were lodged in a large scab. Only reason we had to wait in lobby for appt. Is that I did not notice the sign that said that if you had waited more than 15 minutes, tell the receptionist. So, we waited about 1/2 hour. Thank. You!!
