I would recommend Dr Bartlet to anyone who is having any worries about stroke. His surgery on me was seamless and state of the art. His manner is professional and friendly and I my outcome was excellent. I went to him this time for test results and yearly check-up and the prognosis was excellent. So happy and greatful.
