All of my experiences with all providers and care takers through Providence have been exactly what I would have and did In fact hope for. My humble thanks to every staff member on the Providence team.

Dr Zahn has been extremely supportive, communicative, honest, and sympathetic.

He was rude and not at all willing to listen to me. I will never see this provider again.

Listens to concerns with caring and informative responses.

After my two ultrasounds I received a prompt response on the results of both ultrasounds. Excellent care.

Dr Zahn was rather disheveled when he came into the exam room - it looked like he had been mowing the lawn! He was still on top of his game, though. He remembered me and my medical history and knew what to ask about and what to look at.

I had a wonderful experience with the Ultrasound Person and the P.A.; both were friendly, answered questions, and were timely in their communication.

Dr Zhan did an excellent job of explaining everything I needed to know

I was very impressed with Dr. Zhan and his team. His assistant scheduled my CAT scan after I left the office and called me back within an hour to tell me the time and also schedule another follow up appointment with him. dr. Zhang was very personable, kind and caring. His explanations were easy to understand and he put my mind at ease. I truly appreciated his bedside manner. I have had other appointments of late that I would not have rated this high from other providers. I would recommend him highly.

He did an excellent job of installing a fistula for my use in dialysis which included a bovine graph.

I had originally gone to Kadlec in Richland Washington. When it came time for my heart procedure, I opted for Spokane. The experience at Providence Spokane was much better. I had no problems with the Doctors. Providence Spokane was the right answer for my procedure.
