New Practitioner Orientation

Note: You must first claim your Providence New Caregiver Account through the Caregiver Access Portal (providence.org) and set up personal identifiers (PIDs).

Non-Providence Computer

1. Log into the Citrix Receiver application (the Citrix username is your Providence User Principal Name [UPN], typically <firstname>.<lastname>@providence.org.).
2. On the Citrix StoreFront screen, click on the Citrix app Physician Intranet SHAREPOINT. This will take you to the Oregon Clinician Resources SharePoint site.
3. On the Oregon Clinician Resources page, click on the button-link New Practitioner Orientation.
4. Review the virtual orientation.
5. Complete the attestation form to receive credit for completing the orientation.

Providence Computer

1. Log into a Providence computer using your network login and password. Open Microsoft Edge.
2. If the browser automatically opens to the Providence Oregon site:
   - On the top navigation menu, click on the arrow to the right of Work resources, then beneath that, click on Clinician resources.
   - On the Oregon Clinician Resources site, click on the button-link New Practitioner Orientation.
3. If the browser does not open the Providence Oregon SharePoint site, use the following link to go directly to Providence Oregon New Practitioner Orientation - Home.
4. Review the virtual orientation.
5. Complete the attestation form to receive credit for completing the orientation.
