The Providence Child Center and Adult ICF is a one-of-a-kind facility and a leader in caring for children with disabilities in Oregon.

Whether it’s lending parents resource materials, training caregivers about specific disabilities or providing 24-hour skilled nursing care for young residents, the center’s unique combination of services enhances life for children with disabilities and their families.

The therapeutic recreation team at Providence Child Center provides recreational opportunities for our kids that enhance their health, functional abilities, independence and quality of life. Our therapy staff is supported by volunteers who make it possible to provide unique and exciting recreational activities.

Providence Adult Intermediate Care Facility

The building is also home to the Providence Adult Intermediate Care Facility, providing 24-hour nursing services and long-term care for individuals who require continuous
support. We primarily support individuals transitioning from hospital to a less-acute setting, offering a safe and supportive environment.

Our services include:

• Transitional stays to support discharge from the hospital to the community
• Hospice transition support, offering compassionate care during end-of-life
• Respite stays for individuals eligible through long-term care funding or insurance coverage
