As a patient, you will have access to:

  • World-class treatment options, including access to advanced technologies and the latest clinical trials.

  • One of our values is to ease the way of our patients. As part of this, our compassionate, cancer navigators support and coordinate your patient care journey every step of the way.

Our approach to cancer care at Providence is to treat the whole person and not just the illness. You are at the center of a team of specialists whose common goal is to cure, reduce recurrence, and provide access to integrative medicine and supportive care services designed to improve your overall quality of life.

All cancer patients have access to have their case reviewed at a tumor board, also known as multidisciplinary cancer conference. Tumor boards provide a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to your cancer care, bringing together oncology, radiology, pathology, interventional radiology, genetics, and ancillary specialists to aid in treatment planning and improved care coordination.

One of the most important members of your Providence cancer team is a specially trained nurse navigator, who provides compassionate support and will keep you informed and help answer your questions so you can feel confident and in control of your care.
