Our Approach

Licensed by the State of California and accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP), our Mission Hospital laboratories (labs) provide prompt and comprehensive laboratory and radiology services to the Southern Orange County community.

Both our Mission Viejo and Laguna Beach laboratories are staffed by licensed clinical laboratory scientists who perform tests under the direction of each laboratory’s board-certified pathologists and medical directors.

Laboratory expertise

Our state-of-the-art laboratories ensure the highest standards of testing, and our on-site clinical services include a full range of specialized and routine testing, from routine blood cultures to specialized testing of platelet and clotting functions.

With phlebotomists skilled in drawing blood, pathologists who specialize in specific specimen analysis, and expert clinical lab scientists, our team is able to guarantee high quality laboratory services with convenience and speed. Our labs are open 24/7, which means test results are often available within 24 hours.
