Our Approach

Our registered dietitian nutritionist helps our patients achieve optimal health and their wellness goals by developing personal weight management plans that include lifestyle changes with regular physical activity and a healthy diet.

At the initial consultation we will review your diet/exercise/medical history, any recent lab values, and your current eating habits. We then evaluate your nutrition needs and create a personalized plan that fits your lifestyle and goals. At follow-up sessions, we monitor your progress towards achieving those goals and make necessary recommendations along the way. At these sessions we will provide you with appropriate meal plans, shopping guides, and other pertinent handouts.

Please note that insurance is not accepted for visits with our dietitian.
