Get same-day care for minor illnesses and injuries at Mission Heritage Urgent Care - San Clemente, conveniently located at the Outlets at San Clemente. If you’re in need of same-day care Tuesday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m., please visit our primary care walk-in clinic next door. During all other business hours, our urgent care team is ready to help.
We have board-certified family doctors and internists who are highly trained to handle your health care needs at an urgent care walk-in clinic with eight exam rooms and two procedure rooms for trauma, stitches, wound care and more.
- Walk-in visits are welcome. No appointment necessary.
- Parking is currently free, subject to change.
- Please bring your health insurance card and copayment, if applicable.
