Providence Adult Day Health Spokane has been a trusted provider of quality day services in Spokane County for over 40 years. We are a mission-driven, faith-based nonprofit center of excellence in the care of vulnerable adults, ages 18 and over.
Adult Day Health works closely with participants, caregivers, primary physicians, case managers and families to provide services in a coordinated and collaborative way. Our day health interdisciplinary team provides skilled nursing, restorative rehabilitation, cognitive stimulation, increased physical activity and socialization.

Providence Adult Day Health Spokane offers nursing support, rehabilitation, personal care, caregiver support, therapeutic activities, meals, health monitoring and medication support in a safe, supervised setting. The program helps participants stay active and independent while giving caregivers time to care for their own needs.
Providence Adult Day Health Spokane is designed to support participants with a range of different health conditions and care needs. Our care team provides tailored care for individuals with:
- Chronic conditions, such as diabetes, including support for monitoring blood sugar, dietary needs and insulin administration
- Incontinence, including bowel and/or bladder care
- Memory and cognitive conditions, including Alzheimer’s disease, Lewy body dementia, Parkinson’s, stroke and other vascular conditions
- Mobility needs, including individuals who use a wheelchair, walker or other adaptive equipment
- Safety needs, including individuals who may wander, who we support through close supervision and motion sensors by the exits
While most participants come by Para Transit vans, we can help you apply for van service through Spokane Transit Authority. Once you’re enrolled, we’ll coordinate scheduling for you.

We’re committed to making our program accessible. We welcome donations to help fund services for those who are unable to pay the full cost of our services.
