We’re conveniently located in east Olympia, on the Providence St. Peter Hospital campus.

Parking
We have free on-site parking available within the Ensign Medical Center, located across from Providence St. Peter Hospital. Our primary care clinic is on the hospital campus, near the main entrance and is easily accessible from major roadways in east Olympia.
Public transportation is available via Intercity Transit Route 60, St. Peter Hospital, with stops along Ensign Road.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment so that you have time to check in and fill out any necessary paperwork.
Please bring the following to your first visit:
- Photo ID and insurance card
- Co-payment, if required by your insurance plan
- Full list of medications with dosages, including over-the-counter supplements
- Detailed history of symptoms and treatments
- List of questions for the care team
