Our Approach

Our state-of-the-art imaging services allow doctors to observe how your body systems are operating and diagnose medical conditions while keeping you as comfortable as possible. We also provide on-site treatment for fractures and can assess osteoporosis and other bone-related conditions.
Records requests
- Use the Imaging Records Release form if you’d like your diagnostic imaging data and reports released to another medical facility.
- Use the Imaging Records Pick-Up form to authorize someone else to pick up your diagnostic imaging data and reports.
