We also provide services to help athletes avoid and recover from sports injuries. A physician referral is required for evaluations and treatment.

Please attend all scheduled therapy sessions and arrive on time so you can get the most benefit from your program.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled for another day. We encourage you to arrive on time for your appointment or call ahead if you're running behind.
If you miss three therapy appointments, any remaining appointments may be canceled. To continue care, you'll need to contact your physician to review your therapy needs and your ability to participate in the program at this time.
If you're unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please call the clinic as soon as possible to let us know. You can leave a message if calling outside of office hours. We request at least 24 hours' notice for all cancellations.
