The St. Joseph Community Partnership Fund believes that in order to bring about real and lasting positive impact, we must have a more complete understanding of the various needs that exist in our community.  We partnered with PolicyLink and the USC Dornsife Program for Environmental and Regional Equity to provide a resource for our leaders and community partners who are working in collaboration to develop a comprehensive, equitable, and long-term strategy to address the root causes of such disparities.
