Meet our Nutrition Team
Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center Torrance:
Kim Jebo, MS, RD
Kim joined Providence Little Company of Mary in 2015 to be a part of the inpatient dietitian team with a master’s in nutritional science from California State University, Long Beach. She started working with the outpatient nutrition team in 2017 and now works closely with the Bariatric Surgery Committee to provide nutrition education for patients who want to eat healthier and change their lifestyle behaviors. Kim’s specialties within dietetics include bariatric surgery, weight management, diabetes, pediatrics, wellness and sports nutrition.
Kim loves engaging with clients and teaching them about nutrition while also helping them with their nutrition related goals. She enjoys all the aspects of being a dietitian and participating in research with the team of dietitians on staff at Providence Little Company in Torrance.
In her spare time Kim loves to hike with her two active dogs and husband.
Pamela Trujillo, RD
Pamela joined Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center Torrance in 2019 with a bachelor's degree in nutritional science from California State University, Los Angeles. She is a professional member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, The Diabetes Dietetics Practice Group and the Women’s Health Dietetics Practice Group. She is bilingual in Spanish and English, and loves meeting new people from all walks of life. Prior to starting her professional career as a dietitian, Pamela worked in the food industry for 20 years. This extensive background undoubtedly proved her two greatest passions: food and people.
As a registered dietitian, Pamela works in the areas of acute care, long-term acute care, short-term rehabilitation and outpatient nutrition counseling. Her specialties include bariatric medicine and diabetes. She is currently working towards earning her credentials as a Certified Diabetes Educator.
Pamela’s mission is to empower individuals with evidence-based nutrition education, while helping them find their inner strengths through guidance, support and collaboration.
James Childers, MS, RD
James joined Providence Little Company of Mary outpatient nutrition team in 2021. He earned his master’s degree in nutritional science from California State University, Long Beach, where he is also a full-time lecturer. He is a professional member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics where he serves on the executive board for the Culture of Age and Gender member interest group, as well as the local Orange District organization for the California Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. James’ specialties in dietetics include oncology, weight management, wellness, and education.
James loves helping patients make meaningful changes in their dietary patterns and working on maintaining a healthy relationship with their food. He loves seeing the “ah-ha” moments for patients, teaching them new things about food and nutrition, and helping correct harmful misinformation.
In his free time, he enjoys exploring the beautiful nature that Southern California has to offer and is an avid ice cream lover.

Rosalia Park, RD
Rosalia has been a practicing Registered Dietitian Nutritionist since 2020. She received her Bachelor of Science in Clinical Nutrition with a minor in Psychology from the University of California, Davis, and went on to complete her dietetic internship through the California Department of State Hospitals in Atascadero with a focus on mental health nutrition. Through her experiences, she has developed a passion for the intersectionality of mental health and nutrition and believes in providing nutrition education and counseling that is easily accessible, understood and actionable for all.
As a provider, she advocates for sustainable changes that are catered to fit an individual's lifestyle, and works closely with her patients to provide guidance, support and motivation.
Rose also enjoys outdoor activities of all kinds, but is most excited when she's rock climbing, open water swimming, or hiking. She balances her weekends and time off by baking with and for loved ones, and with lots of yarn art (crocheting and knitting!).
Anne Ying, MPH, RDN
Anne has been a practicing Registered Dietitian Nutritionist since 2022 and joined Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center San Pedro shortly after passing her board exam. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and Master of Public Health in Nutrition from Loma Linda University.
Anne is very grateful to have a career where she can share her nutrition knowledge and educate individuals on how to better their health through dietary changes. As a provider, Anne focuses on making sure patients have a healthy relationship with food and emphasizing that moderation is key to a balanced lifestyle.
On her spare time, Anne enjoys traveling and trying new restaurants.
Urooj Riaz, RDN
Urooj Riaz has been a Registered Dietitian for four years with experience in both inpatient and outpatient nutrition. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from University of Illinois at Chicago. Her interest in nutrition developed to help prevent chronic diseases through food and nutrition. She has extensive clinical experience in oncology, weight management, bariatric surgery, diabetes, and gastrointestinal diseases.
When not working, Urooj can be found watching a new season or crime docuseries, taking a stroll by the beach, or traveling.
