Welcome new surgeons at Centralia General Surgery

Providence Medical Group Southwest Washington Centralia General Surgery is thrilled about the addition of Dr. Samuel Paros and Dr. Jonathan Gifford, as well as the return of Dr. Rachel Arnold. 

Samuel Paros is a Southwest Washington native and a highly trained general surgeon with a passion for serving rural populations. His specialized training at the University of Wisconsin’s Rural Surgery Track has prepared him to deliver high-quality, up-to-date surgical care in smaller community settings. He combines advanced surgical expertise with a commitment to accessible care, ensuring patients in rural communities receive the same level of excellence found in larger medical centers. Jonathan Gifford has been a general surgeon on the Olympic Peninsula since entering practice in 2011. His practice covers a wide range of procedures, from minimally invasive hernia repairs and cancer surgery to maximally invasive trauma and emergency general surgery. From having served on a statewide quality collaborative to being an adjunct professor and working with medical students in their surgery rotations, Dr. Gifford is committed to providing excellent care to his community. His medical interests include colon surgery, breast disease, open and laparoscopic hernia repair, biliary surgery, and trauma.
