I understand that it is difficult to get in to see a provider because of MD shortages. I really appreciate that you have a bridge team to meet my needs, and I was very happy to be able to get in to see Dr. Bautista earlier because of a cancelation. This clinic seems to be extremely efficient and caring.

I have been in several different health companies in the past 70 years. Providence exceeds all my past medical experiences. Doctors, office staff , nurses and medical staff have all been the very best!! I'm very happy to be in the Providence system!!!!

Dr. Bautista is an excellent provider and I recently recommended her to a friend.

I was very disappointed at how little Dr. Bautista knew about my current situation, given the fact that I had been seeing her for several months at this point. The only thing she seemed to be knowledgeable about was whatever was in her notes. I also had several concerns that she completely dismissed, and something that I had mentioned previously that is a very important part of my health history, and she seemed to forget altogether. I will not be going back to see her, and she seemed to feel this disappointment, as she did not schedule a follow up visit, or recommend to. She dismissed my spouse in the same way, withholding vital medicine from her, not responding to several attempts at communication and refusing to refill a prescription.

Appointment seemed really rushed. Like I was a bother. I haven't felt that before in the office, but I also have never spoken up about a problem before.

Dr. B took extra time to understand my family issues and financial and referred me for support.

It is little difficult to get an appointment with my provider quickly as her schedule gets booked quickly. Especially for the annual check I need to wait for a couple of months which is little inconvenient. However, my provider is wonderful she gives sufficient time with me during the appointments to provide the care I need that is great!

Knowlegable about medications and possible new medications and always offers options not orders.

She listens to me about what symptoms or concerns I am experiencing and we discuss them. Dr.Bautista tells me what tests or other actions are available and explains them. With my input we work on a plan which makes me feel like I am given some say in what is happening.
