My experience was very good, the only thing I suggest is that doctors have the details of a patient's medical history in a timely manner, it will allow them to have a clear idea of the management of information for the patient and the best option. In my particular case, my experience is very good.

Dr. Satterfield is THE BEST OBGYN I have ever had. She is always positive and supportive, she listens and really takes the time to make me feel like when she's in the room I am her priority! She made me feel safe when I was so scared to deliver my baby and ensured everyone on the care team knew their role prior to delivery. Now postpartum she made sure my mental health is cared for and was so excited to see my baby again and get an update. I had my annual exam with her and while no one looks forward to that exam, it was BY FAR the best experience I've ever had. She is so skilled at what she does. I am so grateful to have her as part of my care team for all my women's health needs! You have something special with Dr. Satterfield!

I am beyond blessed to be able to have a provider like Traci. She has continued to be a kind, respectful, and supportive provider. I have continued to enjoy building a patient-doctor relationship with her even through initially I was and have always been apprehensive receiving and meeting new doctors. She has always made me feel comfortable and heard. In addition to, always answering any questions I have and giving it to me straight. She shows that she cares for her patients and those are the type of people I wish could continue their work until the end of time because she has paved a way and continued to make an impact on our community.

Dr. Satterfield and nurses have been very helpful and courteous. I many times wait for at least 20 minutes for my appointments, but when I am called back everything seems to be very rushed and hectic. Dr. Satterfield does always spend as much time as needed with me and my concerns though. I appreciate her bubbly personality. It puts me at ease.

You might consider writing surveys that pertain to various specialties rather than having one that is one size fits all.
