He was arrogant, had terrible bedside manner, cold and not empathetic. I felt like a number in his office and felt like I was a bother. He rushed the appointment. When I was speaking to his nurse, he tossed some papers onto my hands from behind me when I was leaning on the counter and said, you have gallstones and then walked away. It was one of the worst experiences I have had yet with a doctor. I'm surprised face allows him to work there. If you google and read the bad reviews, patients have had similar experiences as I have which is very telling of his professionalism

I have never had any bad experiences with this doctor. He has always been helpful, kind, and empathetic. He has great listening skills, communication skills, and professional social skills that allows him to identify the patient's concerns and address them accordingly. I appreciate his assessment and diagnostic skills, and treatment planning. He doesn't minimize nor engage in overexaggerating effect when assessing, diagnosing, and reviewing course of treatment.

I like that I was given the information and options for care and not pressured to make a quick decision.
