Office is efficient and friendly, nurses are friendly explain if there is a wait time or not. Dr Alam is always friendly including his small talk. He actually explains things well to to me and to my Sister as I have trouble remembering things. So I really appreciate that he doesn't mind that he takes the time to clarify any information about new medication, or other instructions. I appreciate the whole appointment experience as it is not stressful as some appointments can be. Thank you.
