Providence assisted living facilities are specially designed to support the individual resident’s right to self-determination of care and lifestyle. They honor their privacy, individuality and their desires and preferences. Residents have easy access to social interactions and activities; medical, dental and therapeutic services; as well as spiritual care.

We respect your right to self-determined care and honor your privacy, individuality and preferences. The private apartments have private baths and kitchenettes, and many boast views. Residents have easy access to social interactions and activities; therapeutic services; as well as spiritual care. 

As a resident you can expect:

  • Self-empowerment and support in establishing your desired home environment while receiving as little or as much assistance in the daily activities of life as you require and desire
  • Collaboration and negotiation between you as the resident, your family and friends if you desire, your healthcare providers and our staff to determine the level of support which best fits your individual needs and preferences
  • Collaboration between you and our staff to weave a solid yet fluid network of support and care that builds relationship and community while respecting your privacy and gives you freedom of choice

Providence assisted living staff is experienced, professional, compassionate and respectful. The team works with each resident individually and believes that care is best given with relationship and trust. The staff of an assisted living program includes:
