At Providence, our Mission calls us to serve all—especially the poor and vulnerable—and to strengthen the health of our communities. A part of that commitment is ensuring that caregivers across our regions have access to connect, reliable, and modern tools that support whole-person care.
Providence Community Connect extends the power of our Epic electronic health record (EHR) to local hospitals, clinics, and community-based partners. Through this program, we partner with provider organizations that share our commitment to improving continuity of care, enhancing patient experience and accessibility for our shared patients.
Community Connect allows us to collaborate with other providers and share tools and services that might not otherwise be reasonable and available to smaller or more localized organizations.
Providence Community Connect sites have access to the same Epic tools used in Providence hospitals and clinics—supported by one of the largest, most advanced Epic environments in the country, while maintaining full independence and local identity.
Our scale allows us to deliver enterprise-level capabilities in cost-effective ways, helping sites focus on what matters most: providing exceptional care.
