I appreciated how everything was explained after given the hearing test. Dr. Horne was patient , kind and gave me hearing aid referrals. I would refer him to others.

Dr Horn was very nice but the wait time was too long, he seemed distracted and had a bad cough/dry throat that day. It was the second hearing test that I had and his results were very different than the first one, which I believe was much more accurate.

He ( an Audiologist ) was courteous and informative.

I would have liked the doctor to look into each ear to see if there was any blockage to my hearing. I guess I should have asked but didn't think about it until the appointment was over.

Dr. Horn was very helpful. He gave me several references to contact should I decide to follow up with my hearing loss. The staff was helpful and gave me an appointment right away. I believe that I have enough information to help me make my decision should I decide to move forward.
