Great care! She listens carefully and I never feel rushed. The only issue we had was one not related to her and was with providence sacred heart pharmacy sending home the wrong antibiotics. The correct ones were ordered by Dr. Ly.

Dr Ly's receptionist went out of her way to get me in quickly. Her assistant was friendly and relaxed (as opposed to formal and business-like), Dr Ly was also relaxed and I felt she wasn't rushed. A good experience all around.
